Objectives:
The objective of the training is to help members gain critical Diversity, Equity, 
and Inclusion skills. In addition, each will walk away with and be able to 
display the following:

1. Participants will be able to recognize the importance of Diversity & Inclusion 
in the workplace.
2. Each team member will understand their responsibilities and be proactive in 
the area of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. 
3. Each participant will understand the impact of not starting the conversation of 
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.
