Why does organizational change so seem so hard to achieve? When we launch change initiatives, there is often much time spent on planning the work that needs to get done – what tasks by when - and little spent on how the change will impact the people and the culture. During this hands-on presentation, you will create a change management roadmap that will help your organization focus on the people side of change. This roadmap will provide a template change teams can use to align change tasks with how it impacts those involved. The roadmap will also help create a common language on how change is communicated because clarity is key. This tool will be a great starting point for any change initiative.
