• Summary/Objectives:

The objective of the training is to help members gain critical Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion skills while discussing new initiatives and some companies discontinuing DEI policies. In addition, each will walk away with and be able to display the following:

 1. Participants will be able to recognize the importance of Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace

2. Each team member will recognize reasons some Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion policies are diminishing

3. Each participant will understand the impact of discontinuing Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives

4.  Discussion on their company policies of DEI and the impacts on staff
